Thank you for choosing Pilcozy! These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (“Terms”) define the rules and restrictions applicable to your use of our websites, services, and the purchase of our products (“Services”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us.

By accessing the Services or completing a purchase, you declare that: (1) you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms; (2) you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract; (3) you have the necessary legal capacity.

1. Presentation

1.1 These Terms are concluded between you and BBH VENTURES LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Wyoming, USA.

1.2 BBH VENTURES LLC is referred to in these Terms as “we”, “us” or “Pilcozy”. Our website www.pilcozy.co.uk and its applications are hereinafter referred to as “Pilcozy”; end users, visitors, buyers, or prospects are referred to as “you”.

1.3 Pilcozy provides the operational and commercial management of its Services, including customer support.

2. User Requirements and Registration

2.1 The Services are reserved for individuals who are of legal age or have the legal capacity in accordance with applicable laws.

2.2 You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and protect the confidentiality of your login details. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

2.3 You must not share your account or use Pilcozy for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

3. Rules of Use and Prohibited Behavior

3.1 You agree to comply with applicable laws and to use Pilcozy for personal purposes only.

3.2 The following are prohibited:

• Any fraudulent use or technical disruption;
• Any attempt to bypass our security systems;
• Collecting personal information of other users without consent;
• Distributing illegal, defamatory content or content that infringes on the rights of third parties.

4. Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website. You agree that we may communicate with you by email or any other electronic means for contractual and legal needs.

5. User Contributions

Any content you post (reviews, comments, photos) may be used, reproduced, and displayed by Pilcozy for commercial or marketing purposes, in compliance with data protection legislation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content present on Pilcozy (text, images, logos, videos, graphics) is protected and remains our exclusive property or that of our partners. Any reproduction or exploitation without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

7. Right of Cancellation and Returns

7.1 Statutory Right: For users located in the United Kingdom: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason.

7.2 Hygiene Exception: In accordance with health and hygiene standards, the right of cancellation cannot be exercised for goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Pilcozy products being pet bedding, any product returned unsealed and showing visible signs of use (hair, odors, stains, dirt) will be considered unfit for resale for sanitary reasons. In this case, the return will be refused and no refund will be issued. 🐾

7.3 Return Costs: Return shipping costs are exclusively the responsibility of the customer. The customer is expressly informed that products are delivered vacuum-compressed and return to their original volume (approximately 4 times the size of the delivered package) after opening. Returning a decompressed product results in significant volumetric transport costs which remain the customer's responsibility.

7.4 Procedure: To exercise this right, you must contact us at contact@pilcozy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any return made without an RMA number or not following the procedure detailed in our Returns Policy may be refused.

8. Statutory Warranties

For consumers residing in the UK, products are covered by the statutory warranties provided under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This allows you to return products that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality within the legal timeframes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to foreseeable, direct, and proven damages caused by a breach of our contractual obligations. We shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential losses, nor for damages resulting from misuse of the product by the animal or its owner.

10. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

10.1 For consumers residing in the United Kingdom: These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence (England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland).

10.2 For consumers located outside the UK: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), with the jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan (WY, USA).
