At Pilcozy, we make every effort to ensure reliable, fast, and transparent shipping for all your orders.

1. Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to:

  • United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
  • For any other destination, please contact us at contact@pilcozy.com.

2. Processing Times

All orders are prepared within the following timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Priority Processing: 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 8 and 12 business days for the United Kingdom. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (strikes, customs delays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

4. Shipping Options and Fees

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: Free.
  • Priority Processing & Insurance: £4.90. This option guarantees faster preparation of your order and includes insurance against loss, theft, or damage during transport.

5. Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number. You can use this to track your package's progress directly via the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete address at the time of purchase. Pilcozy cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an address error, you may choose:

  • Reshipment: Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Refund: A refund for the products (excluding initial shipping costs).

7. Delays, Undelivered or Lost Packages

We do our best to meet the announced deadlines. In the event of a significant delay or non-delivery, please contact our customer service. In accordance with UK law, if your order is not delivered within 30 days, you are entitled to cancel the sale for a full refund. If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer you a choice between a reshipment or a full refund.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable solution: replacement or refund. 🐾
